Shareware version: trial period

You have a complete software for a limited trial period: it is not demo locking certain essential functions such as adding the amendment or deletion of data... or a fictitious management of your data: it is proposed to test all functions of the software without any limitations during a trial period of 30 days: indeed this software is not free and is released as shareware. Whether you after your trial you must pay the required license.

You can use this software free time to evaluate the service it provides for a maximum of 30 days. Once this assessment has been made, you must obtain a license to use. Your understanding of the principle of shareware can make you to respect and reward long hours of work necessary for the realization of the software.

You will receive your license (activation code) directly after purchase online. An invoice will be sent upon request.

License agreement

Electronically validating this license implies your acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out below. In no event shall this license constitutes a sale of the software or a copy of it. You agree to abide by the terms of this license. In case of disagreement with the terms of this license, you must not validate it electronically and therefore do not install the software on your computer.

Article 1
a. the user refers to the person (natural or legal) who have installed software on his computer
b. the Publisher/author means EuropeSoftwares.
c. This license does not constitute a sale of the software or a copy of it.

Article 2
A license, non-exclusive, non-transferable, you is licensed to use the software for an unlimited period, except the software sold in package licenses which are established for a period of 3 years.

Article 3
It is strictly forbidden:
a. modify or attempt to modify the software in whole or in part,
b. disassemble or attempt to disassemble the software,
c. decompile or restore software,
d. remove or attempt to remove the copyright notices contained in the software,
e. to rent the software,


Article 4
The editor/author reserves only the right to intervene in the software, to correct it, adapt it or make any changes.

Article 5
It is recalled that this software is used as your only responsibility and control. The editor/author does not warrant that the functions contained in the software and that they will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Article 6
The editor/author cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any damages whatsoever (including but not limitation, direct or indirect damages caused by the loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
The editor/author would remind you that for any computer system, it is strongly recommended that you perform a backup daily, weekly, and monthly in order to preserve the integrity of the data.

Article 7
The software is provided and licensed 'As is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The results or performance of the software are entirely borne by the user.

Article 8
The editor/author may revoke this license at any time by notifying the user of the software. The user may terminate the license by destroying or erasing all copies of the software.

Article 9
The software is protected by law and by international treaties on rights of Publisher/author. The Publisher/author or its possible successors, is only holder of all rights of intellectual property in the software. The user does that only rights of use listed in this license, excluding all others. The user must therefore treat the software as any other product protected by copyright Editor / (a book or a video cassette for example).

Article 10
The user, in his capacity as licensee, is own the media on which the software is recorded or installed, but the Publisher/author nevertheless holds ownership of the software recorded on the original and all copies thereof, media regardless of the form in which or the media on which the original and other copies may be saved.

Article 11
This license will automatically terminate in the event of non-compliance with the terms hereof. In this case, the user undertakes to immediately destroy the software as well as the backup copy that will be able to be carried out.
